Arrived on time, as promised, nice to get a plastic case with the tool/accessories. Not used yet but sure it'll do all I need out of it.

I requested advice from the courier before delivery. As in turned out I was home when Pallet Plus arrived - but it could have been a totally wasted journey. Why is their no communication????

I received my pack of tiles which were broken & chipped so had to buy some elsewhere to finish my project now I am waiting to hear from you about a refund but it seems to be taking for ever even though I have provided you with pictures of them

Initially there was a delay due to no stock available, however my concerns and questions were resolved in a speedily manor. When the delivery arrived the driver and was asked if he could put the tiles behind the gate he explained it was to the closest point of the house (curb side) but when he realized that it was only my wife at home he put the packages in the porch for her. I don't know his name but I and my wife express our thanks and his company should value him as there are few are and far people that carry these values.

Order came earlier than anticipated, no date given on ordering. Delivery guy helped me get the tiles into the house. Very heavy. Nice chap. Bought from Tile & Floor as they were the best price for this elusive design.

An absolute pleasure to deal with this company, from the receptionist who deal with my initial query, to the lady in sales and finally the guy who delivered my order on the third day from my first contact. Just outstanding customer service a rarity in present times !

After an issue with the first delivery of tiles due to some of them being broken I made contact with the company. There was no issues at all. The staff were really helpful and a replacement order was sent working days. My only question would be around the cost of delivery. £12.50?
